Saucy Peanut & Wild Rice Slaw

    1½ cups cooked wild rice
    ¼ cup shredded carrots
    1½ cups shredded cabbage
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 tsp snipped cilantro
    ½ tsp black sesame seeds
    2 tbsp chopped peanuts, garnish

    Dressing (whisk together; chill):
    ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    ¼ cup canola oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    ¼ tsp each: garlic powder and ground ginger

In large bowl, combine ingredients (except garnish). Add dressing; toss. Garnish.
