Wild BBQ Pork Salad

    1/3 cup each: sweet barbecue sauce and mayonnaise
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
    1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
    1 lb boneless pork tenderloin, cubed
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, minced

In large bowl, mix barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Stir in wild rice, celery, and oranges; set aside. In large skillet, brown pork in butter; cook through. Stir in sesame seeds and rosemary, 1 minute. Combine with wild rice mixture.
