Wild Mexican Fried Rice

2025 Wild Rice Recipe Contest Finalist

In large skillet, sauté onion, bell peppers, and cabbage in 2 tsp oil, 4 minutes. Add water and cover; steam 3 minutes. Set vegetables aside. In same skillet, brown beef with seasonings. Stir in wild rice, vegetables, and taco sauce; heat through. Garnish.
