Salmon Wild Rice "Risotto"

    8 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
    1 tbsp butter
    1 cup cream
    1 pkg (12 oz) Morey's® Marinated Salmon (Lemon Dill flavor), cut into large pieces
    1/4 cup minced fresh dill
    1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
    1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    dill sprigs for garnish

In large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in cream; simmer to thicken slightly. Add salmon; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in minced dill, salt, pepper and wild rice; cook 5–10 minutes. Adjust seasonings. Garnish with dill sprigs; serve immediately.
