Wild Rice Bowls – Meals On-The-Go

    Wild Shrimp Bowl:
    6 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (12 oz) Morey's® Marinated Shrimp, Asian Sesame Ginger flavor, cooked per pkg directions
    1 pkg (21 oz) Green Giant® Create a Meal Szechwan Vegetables, cooked with sauce per pkg directions (reserve peanuts)
    Reserved Peanuts

    Wild, Sweet and Sour Bowl:
    6 cups cooked wild rice
    1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips and cooked
    1/2 cup House of Tsang® Sweet and Sour™ Sauce
    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
    4 green onions, sliced

    Wild Italian Bowl:
    6 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (20 oz) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Split Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
    2 tsp dried thyme
    1 pkg (24 oz) Green Giant® Alfredo Vegetables, cooked per pkg directions
    1 cup grated Fancy Brand® Mozzarella Cheese

Try these delicious wild rice bowls which can be made in advance, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy a calm meal in the midst of all the frenzy of day-to-day life.
For each recipe, divide ingredients among four microwavable bowls (24 oz each with lids) layered in the order listed. Cover and refrigerate. Microwave 2-3 minutes before serving.
