Wild Rice Chicken Bisque

    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 pkg (16 oz) Gold'n Plump® Extra Tender™ Boneless Skinless
    Split Chicken Breast, cooked, cubed
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Simply Steam® Broccoli Cuts,
    prepared as directed on pkg, coarsely chopped
    2 cups half and half
    1 tsp ground cumin
    salt and pepper, to taste

In large saucepan, saute onion in butter. Add flour, stirring until
bubbly; gradually stir in broth. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat
to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. 6 servings.
